Comfy|Recommended: YesI have been living here for a year, and it's really nice, you can really make it comfy, and call it home. cons- parking could be free wishful thinking, even thou they changed the window's constructions from the beginning could've been better to afford during the winter. Spacious affordable apartment, extremely helpful, friendly staff, tough parking situation|Recommended: YesI love living here. The apartment is huge, rent is reasonable and the staff are over the top friendly and helpful. To be honest Kerry, Tim and the others are the biggest reason I chose to extend my lease. Kerry helped me out immensely in my recent move as well. I told her months ago that I was interested in a 1st floor apartment on the canal and she not only remembered, she got me the one across the hall. My move was so easy I was able to do it in just over a day with almost no help. The parking is a bit of an issue for me. I get home late a lot and often have to park in the 20 minute spots, risking being towed if I forget to call the towing company and let them know. I have tried to be patient but it is really annoying to be paying for a spot that is being taken by someone who has an old pass they aren't paying for. I think that the parking passes should be swapped for a different color every 6 months or so, at least every year. This would allow the towing company to easily identify people who have unpaid passes.
We would like to thank each and every one of our residents who share their Loft 27 experience with us! Not only are we able to use this new forum to continue services that our residents find helpful but we can use it as a stepping stone to improve upon the issues that would make Loft 27 an even better place to live. As of December 5th, we have begun the process to switch out parking pass colors in attempts to sort out the expired and outdated passes to open up more parking availability for our current residents. With having our community in such a desirable downtown location with ample parking possibilities, sometimes every few years or so it is necessary to fine tune and re-tweak our practices so that our amenities remain private for our residents who are always our first priority. Do you have an experience that you would like to share? Please do! We always encourage a dialogue with our residents to hear about what their favorite things are about Loft 27 and what would make it better. Happy Holidays!
